DISTRICT MANAGERS AT NAACP JOB FAIR MAY 27
DALLAS, May 21, 1998 -- Blockbuster will be interviewing candidates for store manager and district manager positions at the NAACP Job Fair on Wednesday, May 27 at the Dallas Convention Center. The video rental and music store chain is seeking to fill positions in the D/FW Metroplex, as well as Houston and Austin. "We are pleased to support the NAACP in this way," said Larcine Bland, intercultural affairs manager at Blockbuster. "We are happy to have this resource to find qualified people to join the Blockbuster team." The Blockbuster booth will be staffed with human resources representatives who will accept resumes and talk with candidates. Candidates should have previous management experience in the retail or restaurant industries.
